  Being part Irish, I was super excited to find a restaurant that specializes in potatoes nearby. I was a little let down. It had a unique potato themed menu but not enough food for the price. Ordered fried okra and fried pickles and was given two very small bags of each for the price I’d pay at a regular restaurant for a large plate of them. The pickles were good but the okra was tiny and somewhat burned, definitely not worth the cost. This place is more targeted for tourists that have just spent all day at the water park or river and just want a snack.

  Great food. Went into a Spud Coma after eating this huge Chicken fried spud. Nice and cozy family loved it. Gotta try the fried pickles and fried mushrooms

  The spuds are big and very good! I ordered the original Texas Spud and it came with freshly cooked bacon bits. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good! The loaded baked potato soup was very thick we liked it though. We definitely plan to come back with the kids!

  Pretty tasty food! Everything fresh and homemade, including their soups!! The Broccoli Cheese soup is pretty good — it’s chicken broth based, so it’s thinner than some, but it’s pretty good. Ask for extra cheese on top. Burgers are good, all are served on buttery grilled Texas toast slices, and the stuffed spuds are big and come MANY different ways!!
